A coastal megacity that never really sleeps and never really dries out. Built on the bones of older cities that sank, flooded, or were bought out, Drift City rose in layers — corporate towers above, stacked residential blocks in the middle, and the drowning lower districts below.
Rain is constant. Neon never turns off. Most people live in debt, chrome, or both. The rich live in the upper spires where the air is filtered and the rain doesn’t reach. Everyone else makes do with what the streets give them.
